NOTE:
The design of this carpet is exceptionally creative, featuring birds throughout, each exuding a beautiful and charming demeanor against a backdrop of light and soft colors. The central “Toranj” is adorned with birds that elevate the beauty of the overall design. Delicately woven gazelles flank the sides of the central “Toranj,” further enhancing the originality of the design. In the main border of the carpet, intricately woven frames showcase poems in the Persian language. Prior to the establishment of the Iran Carpet Museum, thanks to the efforts of then-Queen Farah Pahlavi, this carpet was housed in the Museum of Ancient Iran.
